Leadership Coaching International is run by Bob and Helen, husband and wife, coaching partners, and firm believers that abundant leadership beats heroic exhaustion every time.
Co-Founder & Director
Bob has spent his career helping leaders get real with themselves. He coaches senior leaders through complexity, change and the occasional identity wobble, always with warmth, curiosity and a well-timed question.
He is an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and mentors professional coaches as they work towards and beyond their own credentials.
Co-Founder & Director
Helen brings a rare blend of marketing savvy and deep coaching craft. She works with leaders who want to communicate with clarity and heart, and with coaches who want to build practices that are both ethical and sustainable.
She holds a Master of Arts and a Diploma in Marketing, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and co-authored No Cape Required with Bob.
We believe leadership is not a solo sport. It is a generous, human practice that grows when people feel safe, seen and supported. That belief runs through everything we do, from executive coaching to coach mentoring to the pages of our book.
